Bayu Weddings, the Wedding Planner.

Please visit our Webpage at http://www.bayuweddings.com

Bayu Weddings, the wedding planner, or the youngest chip on the Brainwave Communications block, is no ordinary wedding planner. In its truly Malaysian sense, bayu weddings offers potential brides and grooms the normal bunga telur (or wedding favors), or the pelamin or dais, however, our primary concept is that we encourage our potential Clients to look at the bigger picture; the preparation, the planning, the headache and the post-wedding jitters.

Modestly planned both En Mohd Zaharin bin Ramly and Puan Siti Hayu bt Ramly (son and daughter of the founder of Pemasaran Ramly Mokni Sdn Bhd - Ramly Burger) with a 5,500 – 6,000 strong-guest weddings, Shikin & Firdaus's true blue garden wedding at none other than Taman Tasik Permaisuri (Permaisuri Lake Garden), Hafiiz and Hayu's "bertandang" (the Groom's side) at Kompleks Sukan DBKL, Zairil Khir Johari (son of the late Tan Sri Khir Johari & Ulfah Zainal Abidin - just to name a few - Bayu Weddings is set to be here and set to grow big and become one of the leading wedding consultant in Kuala Lumpur.

Please feel free to drop us one line or two at shida@bayuweddings.com or bayuweddings@yahoo.com either to express your views, or to know more about our products and services or call us at 019-357 6022 for further inquiries.

“bayu” is a Malay word for “breeze”. Any which way it is pronounced, it represents the warmth and affection of a traditional Malay wedding, or any weddings of your choice. Bayu Weddings – who comes before happily ever after.

Bayu Weddings – teman menuju kebahagiaan abadi.

Promised long time ago ....., our outing in Cape Town, from day one to our parting hugs. We scaled Table Mountain twice - due to our stupidity, of course - Stellenbosh twice too, as we couldn't resist the settings, and the flea market twice, we couldn't get enough to bring home to loved ones.

Enjoy .. though the visuals will come in stages.

PROMOSI KERJA KAHWIN at the Kraftangan, Jalan Conlay

Come June 26 to July 6, Bayu Weddings will be featuring our latest portfolio at one of the booths at Promosi Kerja Kahwin organized by the Kraftangan Malaysia, Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur.

The 9-cubic meter booth may not be able to accommodate everything, however, for those not having the time to visit our “kedai” on the Peak, a lunch-hour cruising on Jalan Conlay would do the job as we will be there to showcase our craft.

Available too, are our Exclusive Packages for potential pengantin to refer to. However, it is advisable to sit down and discuss further on what is best for your big day ….

See you there ...

Dear All

Assalamualaikum w.b.t and Salam Sejahtera from Kuala Lumpur.

Hantaran utilizing fresh flowers made headlines last year, sought by almost everybody and were given quite an applaude by the words-smith.

Bayu Weddings did an array of hantaran late last year, and featured - though not the full array - are some of creations from our hantaran team.

To those eyeing August 8, 2008 for the Nikah and thinking of fresh flowers, do drop us a line at either shida@bayuweddings.com or bayuweddings@yahoo.com. If there's no reply within three days (on shida@bayuweddings.com), please call 019-357 6022 as at times we experience server/wireless hiccups and mails were not sent to the intended recipient.

Enjoy and wassalam
Kak Shida

Salaams Rashida,

I Found My Little China

Assalamualaikum to all and Salam Sejahtera from Kuala Lumpur.

"Carilah ilmu walau sampai ke Negeri China," said Rasulullah (s.a.w).

Sunday, March 23, 2--8 marked another milestone for Bayu Weddings - I found my Little China in "Tinidip". Browsing through so many fotopages peddling bunga dips, I finally settled with Tini as I've been to her class before [but never got the chance to produce good looking bunga dip]. You can call it a "refresher class" for me, but, as usual, Tini shared so many great dips and tips, and I went home on the ERL (another milestone for me), feeling "refreshed" and excited. I've made friends with Kak Shaimah and Azlin, and boy, it was a great feeling to be acquinted with those people.

And dear Tini, though I'm still looking for that cable to upload the images onto my laptop, it'll definitely be here in the next one day or two.

Bayu Weddings surely will never be the same again, as we are always on the process of adding many more "Little Chinas" into our list.

Good luck to all of you and to all of us ...

Wassalam
Kak Shida

P/s: The cable is where it is supposed to be stored, and my, my, with deadlines looming ahead, I tend to miss a few good spots. Here's the two images that I promised Tini.

Sisters Sizzled in Southern Summer Splendor

Fresh faced and full of excitement!

Dear All

Assalamualaikum w.b.t and Salam Sejahtera (from Kuala Lumpur)

The long overdue “honeymoon” to South Africa was finally over. However, Hafiiz couldn’t make it due to something that cropped up at the very last minute. Since Bayu Weddings promised them two tickets, Hafiiz’s seat was taken by Zura (Hayu’s younger sister). Thus, I can say that it is only natural to call the outing “Sisters Sizzled in Southern Summer Splendor”.

Due to some constraints, we had to fly on Qatar Airlines, which took us almost 21 hours to Cape Town via Doha.

Featured here are some pictures taken during flights and at the Moolas’ place (where we stayed for the duration of our visit).

Thank you and wassalam
Kak Shida
